REPATRIATION BOND STANDARD RATES Print E-mail
A survey was conducted to determine rates from the 7 International Air Carriers on Guam.  As a result of the survey, the following rates were developed to be used as standard rates for determining the amount of Repatriation Guarantee Bonds.  

These rates shall be effective for all Temporary Labor Certifications filed in Guam after 2/23/07 and shall remain in effect until 2/23/09.

In cases where no Standard Rate has been established, the employer may submit documentation from a Travel Agent, Airline or Reputable Internet Source as to the high season, economy class rate from Guam to the alien’s Point of Origin.   GDOL reserves the right to accept or reject the employer’s rate in favor of rates researched by ALPCD.
