THE GUAM WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD

Program Year 2007-2009 Modification to the Guam Workforce State Plan and Plans of Work for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and  Wagner-Peyser Act;

On behalf of Governor Felix P. Camacho, the Guam Workforce Investment Board will be submitting its request to modify the state plan and plans of work based on the new strategic vision of the U.S. Department of Labor Employment & Training Administration (USDOL ETA). USDOL ETA Training and Guidance Letter 13-06 outlines the requirements for submitting the modification to the state plan and plans of work.

The state plan and plans of work are posted on the Guam Department of Labor website here.  At this time we invite public comment on developing our modification to cover years three and four of the current five-year planning cycle.  Any interested party wishing to comment on the State Plan modification must do so in writing by close of business on April 9, 2007.  If you prefer to submit comments electronically, click here.

Comments received during this period will be considered and necessary revisions will be made to the modification.  For more information/resources please visit the following internet links:
