ImageThe Agency for Human Resources Development administers a federally funded program under the auspices of the U. S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration.

We are governed by the conditions set forth under the provisions of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.

The Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA) is an act to consolidate, coordinate, and improve employment, training, literacy, and vocational rehabilitation programs in the United States, and for other purposes.
