1031 Tax Deferred Exchange ClassesThis 20-hour course explains how ropes, chains, hoists, loaders, and cranes are used to move material and equipment from one location to another on a job site. Describes inspection techniques and load-handling safety practices. Also reviews American National Standards Institute (ANSI) hand signals.

1031 Tax Deferred Exchange ClassesThis 17½-hour Level 1 course covers the operations of utility tractors & heavy-duty articulated tractors as used in the construction industry. The course contains detailed operation & operator maintenance instructions, including duties & responsibilities of the operator, safety rules for operation, attachment of implements, & preventive maintenance procedures performed by the operator.

Electrical Test Equipment & Intro to National Electric Code

1031 Tax Deferred Exchange ClassesThis 10-hour Level 1 course focuses on proper selection, inspection, use, & maintenance of common electrical test equipment. The course also provides a navigational road map for using the NEC by introducing the layout of the NEC & the types of information found within the code book.

Topics include introduction to safety technology; hazard recognition, evaluation, & control; risk analysis & assessment; inspections, audits, & observations; employee motivation; site-specific ES&H plans; emergency action plans; JSAs & TSAs; safety orientation & training; work permit policies; confined-space entry procedures; safety meetings; accident investigations: policies, procedures & data analysis; recordkeeping; OSHA inspection procedures; data tracking & trending; and environmental awareness. The program is recognized by CCHEST as exam preparation for their STS & OHST certifications.
