Greetings! GCA Members:

The Guam Contractors Association in conjunction with Watson Training & Development is proud to present the "Safety Made Easy" Safety Excellence Seminars. Three separate one-day seminars full of valuable information for your safety mangers and employees. Our guest instructor, Mr. John Grubbs, is the author of several publications including "Safety Made Easy 3rd Edition" and "Hazard Communication Made Easy". He earned a Masterof Business Administration (MBA) with undergraduate degrees in Industrial Engineering Technology & Occupational Safety and Health. Mr. Grubbs holds certification as a Registered Professional Industrial Hygienist (RPIH) and Certified Senior Industrial Technologist (CSIT).

Accident Investigation Course

This 8-hour course provides leaders wth the tools to prepare and conduct effective accident investigations. Attendees will learn the theory of multiple causation that identifies true root causes for accidents.

This course also provides "hands on" activities and practical learning experiences that enable participants to leave ready to apply the learning on the job. Those completing the course will be able to complete an investigation with confidence and understand how to prevent futrure occurrences. Every leader should attend this course to learn the skills that will prevent future undesired events and accidents on the job!
