Greetings!

The Guam Contractors Association in conjunction with the Guam Deparment of Labor OSHA On-site Consultation is proud to announce the 13th Annual Islandwide Safety Conference on May 28th, 29th and 30th at the Holiday Resort Guam in Tumon.

Below is a list of safety training opportunities that will be offered this year.

1. OSHA 10-Hour Outreach

For General Industry and Construction Industry participants. Particpants will receive a completion certificate from GCA and an OSHA 10-hour card upon completion.

Cost: $100 for the 2-day course
Date: Wednesday & Thursday, May 28 & 29
8:00am - 5:00pm

2. General Enrichment Courses on Friday, May 30th from 8:00am to 12:00pm to include the following topics:

a) HAZMAT for First Responders
b) Introduction to EM385-1-1
c) Disaster Preparedness and Action Plans
d) Higway Traffic Control Safety.

Participants will receive certificate of competion.

Cost: $35 for a 4-hour Session
Date: Friday, May 30
. 8:00am - 12:00pm

** 3-Day Conference Package is Available for $125. This Includes the 10-hour Outreach plus one (1) General enrichment course above.

3. Adult CPR and First Aid - Certication

For the first time ever, the Annual Islandwide Safety Conference will include certification training in Adult CPR and First Aid. This course is conducted by FIrst In Training and participants receive certification upon successful completion. This course is limited to the first 30 participants..

Cost: $90 for 1-day Session
