 Total employment on Guam increased slightly this quarter by an estimated 310 jobs. Private sector industries showing gains this quarter included Construction (170), Manufacturing (160) and Services (90). Some of these industry gains were offset by modest declines in other industries. Total employment remains 2,290 jobs above the count of a year ago due to increases in the Construction industry and a gain of 560 jobs in the Hotel industry.
